This means that it is very likely that all the small manual cars that are the cheapest to hire will be taken. This can leave you having to pay much more money for a car that you don’t need or want.
The third reason to organize car hire in advance when visiting Lanzarote is that many of these cheap flights land late at night. When you are tired, you don’t want to be messing around with buses or trying to sort out a hire car. By having everything booked in advance you can be sure that your will be in your car and on the way to your hotel soon after landing.
